The Millennium Dome

Mr. Hague actually expects us to believe that the dome is Tony Blair's dream child. And now calls for it to be shut down.

The Millennium Dome was a project started by the conservative party. Labour inherited it when taking office along with the pledge to finically support it. The Conservative Government had already spent £200m of lottery money on it. The new Labour Government looked into it and discovered that it would cost £200m more in cancelled contracts to stop and so had little choice but to go ahead. We are now at the point where shutting it down would cost us more. 

Poor old Mr. Hague seems to be suffering from long term memory loss.
