Tammy Bevil
Forward/MidfieldTammy is a true winner, will chase anything and everything, just like a terrier at your ankles. Often seen helping out in other areas of the field when needed, this is due to her phenomenal workrate. Scores some spectacular goals, misses the sitters, and with her natural pace and power is always a threat to any defender.
Debbie Burton Central Defender
Debbie is the Club Secretary and a very versatile player. Although playing at the back she is quite at home in almost any position. Strong in the air and dangerous at set pieces and corners. Quite often seen intercepting balls and starting off an attack.
Nicki Crump Left Back/Wing
An exciting young prospect who joined this season from Watford, Nicki is gaining experience with every game. Often underestimated by the opposition, she is deceptively quick crosses the ball with pin point accuracy and packs a lethal left foot shot.
Natasha Haley Central Defender
Tash, the Club Treasurer also a Territorial Army Corporal, has recently joined the first team squad from the reserves and has equipped herself well at this level. A big strong girl with a heart to match.
Gemma Irving Midfield/Striker
In her first season having joined from Tring. Gemma has shown great promise upon stepping up to this level of football. She is still developing and has shown a marked improvement this season in her all round game. Gemma is full of running, a tricky customer and is certainly one to watch for in the future.
Pat Lardner Defender/Striker
Vastly experienced in the game, has recently returned from a long awaited knee operation. Extremely competitive and the life and sole of the team with her infectious humour. No team should be without a character like Pat.
Dawn Lawrence Sweeper/Midfield
Dawn is one of the most elegant players to watch, very experienced and reads the game well. She has a wonderful balance and always seems in control. Dawn will often be found around set pieces as her long range left foot shooting is phenomenal.
Michelle Lee Central Midfield
A busy little player and was an England Under 21 international. One of the most skilful players around and difficult to dispossess. Has all the tricks and is most dangerous in the box. Experienced player who can always be found in the thick of things and one who wins and distributes the ball with confidence.
Michele Lyons Central Midfield
Michele is a Welsh International and vastly experienced player. Has remarkable close ball control and can spray her passes around with great accuracy, whether it be 5 or 50 yards. A great striker of the ball, dangerous at set pieces. The club's corner and penalty taker. Michele's workrate and vision in midfield is vital to the team's success.
Kelly O'Connor Midfield
YTS Trainee with Arsenal. Kelly joined recently from Barnet having not played very much this season. Has great passing and tackling ability. Currently playing in the reserves, like Emma, to gain fitness. Good potential for next season as she settles in and gains full fitness.
Bev Payne Right Back/Wing/Midfield
Club Captain. Personifies the word competitive, Bev has the biggest heart in the club and is renowned for her stamina and endurance. Very Strong tackler and is equally as strong in the air, whether it be in defence or attack. You can always count on Bev to be in the thick of things.
Tracy Perry Goalkeeper
Tracy is one of the bravest and best shot stoppers around. Has missed just one game in the last 10 years, a remarkable achievement. Her reflexes are quite amazing, reads the game well and can sweep up from behind the defence.
Jenny Ray Midfield/Striker
England Under 18 International. Jenny joined the club mid-season from the Durham School of Excellence and has quickly become a first team regular. Exciting little player with plenty of skill, gaining valuable experience as she settles into her first season of Premier League football.
Emma Spencer Midfield/Defender
Emma joined recently following a short break from football. Playing mostly in the reserves to build up her fitness, Emma is beginning to show her full potential. Rave reviews from her recent performances have confirmed her undoubtable ability now beginning to come through.
Kelly Spencer Striker
Mid-season signing from Wembley Mill Hill. Has shown in her first season in the premier league that she is undaunted by the big step up. Although laid back she is a typical centre forward. Strong, quick and skilful, goes past defenders leaving them trailing in her wake. Likes to be involved, whether scrapping for the ball or scoring goals (for fun she claims!)
Trippoli Witney Goalkeeper
Second season with the club, we only recently discovered her goalkeeping abilities. An absolute raw talent and destined for the future. Epitomises the word dedication, brave and strong, it is best to give her a wide berth when she comes for the ball.
Jess Wright Midfield/Striker
England Under 16 International. Jess has improved so much since joining last season. A brilliant all rounder who can play anywhere. Very skilful, versatile and extremely competitive. A major asset to the team, is also known as the club's practical joker.
John Lee Manager
John in his second season with Berkhamsted, is also the Women's County Representative Manager. Although new to women's football has gained a good insight and player knowledge through daughter Michelle's career via Arsenal and Wembley. His ambition is to rebuild the team and take them back to the National League and stay there.
