Postal & Delivery Information All our prices include the cost of the postage & packing. As postal charges range from country to country, we have calculated for these differences and changed the price of the ENIGMA Charms to show this. ALL small orders will be sent within 28 days of us receiving your payment in full. You will then receive a confirmation email or phone call from ourselves. If you require your ENIGMA Charm by a set date you must inform us of this via email or phone. We will try our very best to meet your required date. RETURNS POLICY: We will only take back items which are faulty, we will of course refund any postal charges you have to pay in sending your ENIGMA Charm back to us. You must send us a receipt showing the postage cost to claim this from us. We check all goods which are sent out and all goods are packed so as not to break, so we do not have many complaints. LARGER WHOLESALE ORDERS: Large orders of 500 or more ENIGMA Charms will be dealt with differently, due to the fact that ALL of our ENIGMA Charms are handmade. Delivery dates will be given according to the size of the ENIGMA Charm order respectively, we shall however endevour to keep to the 28 day delivery period...normally by sending the required amount out in smaller batches.
