I am not impressed with the taste of the green leaf and the liquid extract has alcohol. However you may like to use the white powdered extract which is £10.99 for a 30g tub. 1/2 tsp = 1 cup of sugar so best to dilute a bit in filtered water and keep in fridge in glass bottle. Look at links of stevia sites in Candida Sites section.
There is also a product called Parmazano. It is a dairy free soya-based parmesan type flavoured lumpy powder. It adds a parmesan cheesy taste when you sprinkle over things like tomato sauce or a baked potato. I can get it at health food shops or at Tescos (about 80p). It is processed and probably not terribly healthful, but it certainly helps add a bit of flavour to things. It comes in a small 40g tub and is made by Florentino. Consumer tel: 01322 337711.
