One Candida sufferer has had remarkable success with using NIZORAL, however others consider this very toxic. and prefer DIFLUCAN. I personally prefer to not take any drugs and stick to diet and supplements - the natural way.

My Supplements: I started to take a good multi-vitamin and mineral supplement every day. After a few months I then started to take acidophilus tablets (dont take too soon). I took garlic capsules and evening primrose. I did not like the aloe vera or the Pau D'arco. Now that I have got rid of the candida but need to boost my immune system, I am taking echinacea, ginseng, flax seed oil capsules, and cats claw tablets. I also find that Siberian Ginseng really lifts me out of any depressing times.

I am also find that energy healing is great and am enjoying reflexology and osteopathy (kind of). I think that candida sufferers find that they cant go out eating and drinking, so they need to find other ways of pampering themselves. I have now found that acupuncture ( I hate needles so it is not always pleasant) has given me the energy that I was looking for.
