 Welcome to the wonderful world of Radio sailing, here is a new collection of links on and about one of the more specialized, enjoyable and competitive forms of radio control modeling.

Why Radio Sailing?

Radio sailing has a unique blend of skill and competition not found in other RC Sports.

  • The Fun and exhilaration enjoyed while competing around a course, after tweaking a yachts sails for (hopefully) maximum performance.
  • The thrill of the maneuver that gains a place while rounding the mark, and the mad dash to the finish.

 - it is the most addictive, satisfying hobby you could possibly imagine.

How do I start?

Find your local club, and go and have a look.  You will find the 'Skippers' are only to pleased to help, advise you and most will let you have a go.

Your local club may only allow you to sail a certain classes of Radio Yacht, so don't purchase a yacht without consulting your local club.
